Carrie Furnace haunted Pittsburgh tours

The Carrie Blast Furnaces are a great reminder of Pittsburgh's steel industry.

Built in 1907, the furnaces produced iron for the Homestead Works from 1907 to 1978. During the 1920s, 1930s,and 1940s.

Since the collapse of the region's steel industry in the 1970s and 1980s, these are the only non-operative blast furnaces in the Pittsburgh District to remain standing.

Working at the furnace was extremely dangerous, especially before safety regulations were in place. Deaths occurred all over the property, many were undocumented...

Carrie Furnace is an ENORMOUS, spooky, very haunted location.  You've NEVER been anywhere like this! Voices and shadow figures have been captured by the Ghosts N'at staff on multiple occasions. Unexplained noises and full bodied apparitions have been spotted throughout the furnace complex!
